Sarah Henry , NCTE/SLATE Liaison
2010 - 2012

Sarah is a graduate of A. M. and N. College in 1964 (now University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff) with a BA degree in English. Her teaching career includes positions at the following schools: Merrill High School (Pine Bluff), Forest Heights Junior High School (Little Rock), and Parkview Arts/Science Magnet High School (Little Rock, AR). In 2002, Sarah was awarded Teacher of the Year at Parkview. She has served on the board of ACTELA since 1994 and served previously as ACTELA secretary. She currently serves as the NCTE Liaison for ACTELA.
