Dr. Jeff Whittingham, President

Dr. Jeff Whittingham holds a B.S.E. in elementary education, a M.S.E. degree in elementary administration, an Ed.S. degree in school administration all from Arkansas State University, and a Ph.D. in curriculum and instruction from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale. This is his tenth year at the University of Central Arkansas where he holds the rank of associate professor. Prior to joining the faculty of UCA, Dr. Whittingham taught middle school language arts and social studies for thirteen years. His research interests include editing skills, juvenile literature, and the use of audiobooks in literacy programs..
